2000 Gs300 Driver Door Lock Not Working

2000 gs300 driver door lock not working.

Just bought a lexus gs300 but the doors are not responding to key remote or door lock unlock switch also the truck is not opening from lever inside can some one rescue me. Driver door won t lock all of a sudden. I removed the door panel and looked for some kind of. 2003 lexus gs 300 300 rwd maintenance repair.

Years ago the rear right door lock quit working but that is just extra info. With key key turns but lock doesnt click i mean it does not make click noise if i hold key in anti clock wise position in lock posit. However when it is hot 104 f like it was today the locks do not respond to any of the switches driver front passenger. All lock posts drop down except for the driver door.

To lock up the car clicking the remote will lock 3 doors but again the drivers door must be locked with the key. It can be locked manually but not remotely. Aaa showed me a way to unlock it by using emergency release lock. I have tested the door switch and found that if it is switched off as if the door is closed the door locks will not work.
